Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance. Wedding season (May–October) fills fast — the sooner the better.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your date, with the balance due 14 days before the event.
How much space does the setup require?
The booth itself needs approximately 6×6 ft. With a backdrop, plan for 8×8 ft. We can work in tighter spaces — just let us know.
What events do you serve?
Weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, quinceañeras, school events, brand activations, and more.
Do you travel outside the Great Lakes Bay Region?
Yes — we travel anywhere in Michigan and beyond. A travel fee of $1.50/mile applies for events more than 50 miles from Saginaw.
What happens if the booth has a technical issue?
Our attendant handles everything on-site. In the rare event of a hardware failure we cannot resolve, we refund the remaining time pro-rated.
